After the first time I went paintballing, I was so enthralled with it, that I went out the very next day to search for some nice paintball guns and paintball gear of my own. The journey began when a friend of mine who was really into paintball invited me to go out with him and his paintball team for a day of sporty fun at the local paintball course. As I have said, I had never gone before, and had no clue what was involved, but they informed me that I could rent equipment and buy paintballs from the owners of the paintball course.
The day was a blast, and I can truthfully say that I have seldom have more fun in my life as I blasted away at the other guys and girls, taking out a surprising number of enemies each round before going down myself. In fact, I was doing so well that my friend and his team mates decided that they wanted to have me on their team, which was very gratifying to me.
Before I could compete, however, I had to get myself my own paintball guns that I was comfortable with and knew how to use so that I could be at my best when the time came to defeat the other teams. I also wanted my own paintball gear, since the helmet and gloves I had rented didn't quite fit and had an odd smell to them that I did not find pleasant in the least.
But I am not a rich man, nor am I prone to spending vast amounts of cash for things that are not necessities, which meant that I needed to look at cheap paintball guns that would be of good quality without breaking the bank. I knew this would be kind of a difficult task, as it was not as though I was getting coupon for paintball supplies in the mail all the time.
Just when I was about to give up looking for the right deal, a friend who was on the team recommended a website to me that had amazing deals on high quality gear. I got on the computer and looked at the website and I was overjoyed to find some great equipment at a very reasonable price, so I placed my order. When it came, I instantly took my new gun out to the woods to test for accuracy and firing rate, all so I could get ready for the big competition!
