ThirtyOne: How To Be A ThirtyOne Top Earner

By Eduardo Kooliantra

ThirtyOne representatives: Are you determined to developing a big business? If that's the case, read this entire article right now.

If you want to become a top earner, you need a way to promote to thousands of people- not just to the small number of friends and family network marketers are taught to approach.

You've got to learn to acquire customers and business partners the way nearly all legitimate businesses do: through marketing!

I've been groomed by 6 and 7-figure income earners who taught me the following strategies we quietly use to build large businesses:

Get More Committed

Not committing enough is a major problem I see among network marketers in companies such as ThirtyOne.

It's critical you step up your commitment level if you're going to succeed in ThirtyOne.

In general there are two types of commitment shortfalls:

- Not devoting enough time to build the business

- Investing far too little money on their enterprise

With respect to time, new network marketers seriously believe four to eight hours per week is enough to create major results.

Lots of people mistakenly believe devoting a few hours weekly will result in a thriving ThirtyOne business.

That's not the way things really work.

Are you planing to create a six figure annual income? Plan to invest fifteen to thirty hours every week. You should plan to eventually devote that amount of time, if you cannot do it from the start.

With respect to money, most new network marketers have almost no budget.

They think they're going to build a business without advertising. These people also have almost no budget for training.

These are crazy sorts of beliefs.

Spending thousands of dollars on training and education over time is typical if you plan to be a top earner. You are a businessperson, not an amateur hobbyist.

Increasing your level of commitment is vital if you plan to build a lucrative ThirtyOne or other business.

Publish

You've got to do things differently to build a ThirtyOne on the internet. It's not the same as building a ThirtyOne venture offline.

Offline, you can approach friends and family who already know you. These are people who already know you and respect you.

On the Internet, no one knows who you are!

When you approach people about your business on the Internet, they're usually going to consider it spam and just tune you out.

It's important you appear credible. You've got to establish the following:

- You're a real person, not a scam artist

Prospects on the internet follow a very particular path leading up to joining ThirtyOne or a similar business.

- The talents and skills you possess are things you can teach

- They read more articles and watch other videos by the content producer.

- The person learns something about how to grow a business from a blog post they've read or a video they watched

- They start following that person's content. They eventually realize that the content producer can help them

Sending emails and publishing spammy content about how awesome your network marketing company is will only annoy people.

- The prospect decides to join this leader's business

So if you're one of the people spamming "join my opportunity!" all over Facebook, forums, in email, then stop doing that.

EVERY top producer in network marketing, who markets mostly online, has built his or her empire using one basic strategy: Publish

You must adopt the position of trainer or trusted authority.

Start publishing instructional content beneficial to network marketers.

Growing a ThirtyOne business is very different than being an employee.

Others depend on an employee like a child dependent on a parent. You are becoming a self-sufficient business owner.

Understand that having a job and building a ThirtyOne enterprise are extremely different.

While other people waste time watching reality TV, you're going to be on the phone with prospects.

Pretty soon your friends and relatives won't understand what you're doing. They'll make silly comments, such as:

- That thing's a scam! When will you ever learn!

- When are you going to stop wasting your time on that silly thing?

You'll feel more confident and get fewer hassles.

This thinking keeps people broke. Under no circumstances should you let these type of comments influence your resolve. Make sure you drastically limit the amount of time you spend around people who don't understand what you're doing.

Connect with a few top leaders in ThirtyOneor other companies. These are often charismatic and dynamic people you want to be around.

Put yourself into places where you'll meet other network marketers. Find and go to local and national events for network marketers in ThirtyOne.

How much you earn is going to resemble the income of the five people you spend the most time with.

Reach out to other networker through Facebook. Do not lead with your ThirtyOne business. Keep it real, and just have conversations.
