Investment Green Card Centers Can Help Immigrants Get Into The U. S. Faster

By Paul Waverly

The immigration process can be difficult at the best of times. People can find themselves overwhelmed with financial and language barriers, red tape and many other obstacles. Some, unfortunately, give up; others wait many months or years to finally realize their dream of coming to America. Investment green card programs can help foreigners get to the U. S. With less difficulties and hassles.

Every year, there are 3,000 cards set aside and given to immigrants who invest their own money into certain designated locations. The Gold Coast Florida Regional Center is one example. This is heralded as one of the top immigration programs in the world and offers flexibility and opportunity.

The program is available to those from any country, with the possible exception of Iran, North Korea and Iraq. There is no language requirement, no minimum education requirement and no business experience is needed. Immigrants do not need a sponsor, and there is no day-to-day management of the asset. This means they are free to pursue other interests and professional ventures.

The funds can come in the form of an inheritance, a gift, business ownership or any other lawful activity. Other requirements include providing goods and services to the U. S. Economy, and creating at least 10 full time jobs for the American population. This can be done directly or indirectly through the investment.

The process begins by the applicant filling out a detailed questionnaire online. Upon review and approval, a prospectus is sent to the investor for their perusal and a deposit will be required at that point. Once the deposit has been received, the applicant is sent more documents to fill out, and led step-by-step through the rest of the process.

Investment green card centers can give foreigners the boost they need in order to immigrate to America and achieve permanent residency. A new and exciting venture awaits, with the beginning of a new life. Many times, they are amazed at the scope of rights and freedoms that they never had before.
