How to Get More Real Estate Listings

Every agent wants extra listings, but lead making is tough. Listed here are the highest methods to get more property listings.

1. Be Professional - There are loads of ways to do this... Have a blog where you publish great data for consumers. Write articles on your local paper or local style magazine. Get "in" with the public TV and radio stations by offering them with a gentle stream of story ideas. And so forth

8. Be Approachable - If a consumer calls, contact them back as soon as possible! In the event that they need to see a home immediately, do everything you can to make that happen. Even in a poor market, 24 hours might make all of the difference!

9. Be Outlandish - Stand out anyway you possibly can (see video idea above).
